Worlds Between

Introduction:

Welcome to World's Between, an innovative text-based role play in which the players will begin as a completely ordinary human character who lives on the current day planet earth. Suddenly, they will be pulled out of their every day lives and thrust into wonderful and horrible worlds as they discover the power that is growing inside of them. Very little will be revealed at this point because the players will discover these new worlds through their character. Elements of many genres, such as sci-fi and fantasy, will play their part in this adventure.

Rules:

1. This game will be conducted in a similar manner to tabletop role playing games, meaning that players play ONLY their character and the environment feedback is provided by the Dungeon Master/Storyteller etc. Power playing will not be tolerated.

2. Do not act out of character or use knowledge from outside of the game while playing your character.

3. This game may have mature themes, so if you are young or sensitive to dark themes this may not be the game for you.

4. Players must treat each other respectfully, even if their characters don't get along. Abuse of any player or of the organizer will be met with immediate dismissal from the game.

5. Proper English will be used in every post. Typos and some grammatical errors are forgivable but please write full sentences, capitalize properly, and use appropriate detail.

6. Have fun, play nice, and ask [Mira Ravenheart] if you have any questions, comments, concerns, or suggestions.
